About Me

Hello!

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in English and double minors in Political Science and Philosophy from Oklahoma Baptist University. I do book reviews of all kinds of books, especially those in the young adult, Christian, and contemporary realms; recently I have been doing more historical fiction, as well. I have a separate blog dedicated to my faith and everyday life: Brave Faith Adventure.

At the moment I am obsessed with J.D. Salinger and am attempting a research project dealing with existentialism in his short stories and novellas surrounding his fictional Glass family. If you have any insight on this topic (or something relevant) that you would like to share, feel free to email me at this blog’s email.

You can also follow my reviews on Goodreads here.

As of March 2018, I am no longer accepting read-for-review requests on this blog. If you are interested in having me read and write a review of your book, please visit my new blog: Reviews From the Stacks.

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy my blog!

  1. I just wanted to say, I completely agree with your blog title. Leggings are not pants and I am constantly telling my friends, my mother, random strangers, that they will never be pants. If they don’t have a zipper or button or pockets, they are not pants.
